EMSteez is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, EMSteez offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the emstcustomerservice@emsteez.com email and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Other Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for health, safety, or hygiene reasons:

    Personal care items (opened cosmetics, skincare, etc.)

    Undergarments and swimwear

    Food items and perishables

    Custom or personalized products

    Digital downloads and gift cards

Refund Processing

    Inspection period: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

    Refund timeline: 5-10 business days to process approved refunds

    Refund method: Original payment method used for purchase is preferred or store credit

    Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent
